Kay Podmore is Hickey Lawyers' longest continuous serving female employee and says she wouldn't have it any other way. The receptionist has been working for founding partner, Tony Hickey, since 1989 and joined Hickey Lawyers on its inception in 1993. She says from the moment she first walked through the doors of the law firm, she felt at home. "Since starting here, I have never wanted to work anywhere else, " she said. "I love the atmosphere of the firm and the respect and kindness that comes from the top and filters through all the staff. "The chocolates every Friday afternoon and the terrific social club events throughout the year are just the icing on the cake.
