Joe WelchJoe Welch

Joe specialises in property development and community title law, and has extensive experience in major masterplanned projects.
His expertise was recently sought to provide the complete legal structure on a major masterplanned resort and residential community in Fiji.

Simon ChanSimon Chan

Simon’s experience encompasses all aspects of law relevant to property development, including advising on titling structure, off the plan contracts, issues and documents involved in mixed use and staged developments, construction contracts and funding documents.  Simon also has significant experience in acting for hotel owners and operators in the sale or purchase of hotels and other tourism assets.

Simon is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
