Since becoming a lawyer, Jill Wolff has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law. Jill’s experience in Family Law has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the whole range of Family Law issues. Jill has particular expertise in complex Family Law property matters involving intricate trust and corporate structures as well as high conflict parenting cases.

Jill’s preferred approach to practice is to achieve negotiated outcomes for clients outside of the court system whenever possible. Jill also has a proven track record in successfully guiding clients through Family Law court proceedings in circumstances where a matter cannot be resolved without the court’s assistance.

Jill’s clients appreciate her dynamic approach, integrity and persistence. Jill also has a deep sense of fairness and compassion. She understands the emotional support that families under stress require and appreciates being able to put her client’s at ease during what can be a very stressful time.
