Our planning division’s expertise covers planning restrictions and advising on the development potential of sites, consulting with local authorities and government departments, coordinating advice and reports, negotiating conditions of approval and drafting submissions in opposition to applications. We have extensive experience in all aspects of the development and legislative approval process, including appeals in the Planning and Environment Court and the Court of Appeal.
We are able to provide advice to property development clients on complex planning issues and dealing with local and state authorities on all related regulatory matters.
