Joe specialises in property development and community title, often advising on major master planned projects. His broad experience covers management rights for hotels and resorts, land subdivision, GST and stamp duty, dispute resolution for bodies corporate, infrastructure agreements, strata title managed investments schemes and exemptions and funding for developers. His specialty expertise was recently sought to provide the complete legal structure on a major master planned resort and residential community in Fiji. Joe is a Fellow of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) which is the peak legal industry group of strata and community title lawyers in Australasia. He is the chairperson of a number of body corporate committees for master planned communities and regularly presents at national hotel conferences on strata title hotels and resorts.
