Graduate Position in our Property Team

We currently have a graduate position available within our property team being mentored as a key team member of a partner.

Our team has a strong track record, built on a reputation for delivering proactive, sophisticated legal advice for all aspects of the property and development industry.  We have recognised experience in the full range of property and development projects from master planned communities, mixed use developments, high rises, land subdivisions, hotels and shopping centres.

Our stable of clients in this sector includes major ASX-listed companies, international and national private developers.    While much of our work is concentrated in Queensland and New South Wales, we have experience in property and development matters right around Australia and internationally.

We offer the complete range of property and development services including negotiating and documenting complex joint venture arrangements, all sophisticated project documentation, construction and funding agreements and conveyancing instruments.

We deliver proactive solutions for our clients, keeping them well informed of any potential issues that may affect their commercial interests.

The successful candidate will:

• have graduated from or shortly be graduating from their Bachelor of Laws with high academic achievement.

• have excellent written English.

• be fluent in Mandarin and English.
