Jade’s practical, methodical and focused approach to legal practice consistently brings her clients the results they seek.

Jade has a broad range of experience in property and commercial transactions.  Jade advises a diverse range of clients including high net worth individuals, family offices, small and medium businesses and large corporates across a number of industries.

Jade is particularly adept at managing the unique requirements of clients with interests across multiple jurisdictions.  Through longstanding and trusted relationships with cross-jurisdictional clients, Jade has had the opportunity to work collaboratively with foreign consultants and provide advice on the pertinent issues arising under Australian law.

In addition to her property and commercial experience, Jade also advises on and implements estate planning strategies particularly for clients with complex business structures, related entities and cross-jurisdictional assets.

Jade drives the Hickey Lawyers specialist equine law practice.
