Hickey Lawyers Embraces Electronic Conveyancing As The Way Of The Future

Recently Hickey Lawyers partner Joe Welch, was invited by PEXA to promote the benefits and efficiencies that clients gain from transacting in properly managed electronic conveyancing platforms.

In some States it is already compulsory for online registrations of certain documents and it is the way of the future for conveyancing.

The platform offers efficiencies including elimination of travel time and banking time and can see a conveyance deal with documents and settlement within very tight timeframes. The client benefits from almost immediate online banking of monies to financier or their own accounts, near immediate registration of their interest in the property and tax payments also being made as part of a properly authorised online transaction.

The platform operates in a secure environment that requires accuracy of data by authorised personnel before allowing progression to further stages.
