Profile & Experience

Since her admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2015, Emma has gained experience in property, development, commercial, banking and finance and agribusiness matters.

Emma assists developers, individuals and companies with a range of property, development and commercial matters and prepares a variety of transaction documents.

Emma is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Having this accreditation enables Emma to help clients determine core issues and reach practical and commercially viable solutions. Emma takes pride in understanding her clients interests to assist them to achieve their goals.

  • property transactions, including sales, acquisitions and leasing;
  • developments, including advising on titling and preparing and managing off-the-plan sales for land subdivision and built form;
  • business sale transactions;
  • FIRB and AFAD matters; and
  • projects where she has assisted clients with solar, wind farm, quarry and water transactions
