Natalie Gerrard is a Special Counsel at Hickey Lawyers and heads its Leasing Team.

Natalie has specialised in leasing for over 33 years. She has extensive experience in high volume leasing projects with an emphasis on managing the leasing arrangements for retail shopping centres, industrial premises, commercial properties and service stations. She has expertise in drafting and negotiating all types of lease documents for both lessors and lessees.

Over the years, Natalie has acted for many of Queensland’s shopping centres and commercial buildings including Soul Boardwalk, Circle on Cavill, Cavill Lane (Hilton), Smith Collective (formerly the Commonwealth Games Village), Mercato on Byron, The Wave (retail), Victoria Point Shopping Centre, The Myer Centre, Waterfront Place and Eagle Street Pier, Cairns Central, South Bank Parklands and Little Stanley Street Precinct, James Street Precinct (Fortitude Valley), The Brickworks Centre, Ipswich Riverlink, Niecon Plaza and Tower, Meadowbrook Shopping Centre, and Salt Village in NSW.
